Transition coaching is a type of coaching that helps individuals navigate significant changes or transitions in their personal or professional lives, in the mid-life years – a phase that now stretches from the late 40's into the 70's – than any other time of life. This could include navigating through un-chartered territories like – like divorce, separation or being newly single, health and body changes, empty nesting, or caring for aging parents. Others are exploring changing jobs, considering retirement, or leaving careers that are no longer fulfilling. These “unknowns” and often unexpected changes can sometimes paralyse us into inaction. Does this sound like you? Transition coaching helps individuals identify their goals and objectives for the transition, develop strategies for achieving them, and build resilience and adaptability to handle the challenges that may arise. Transition coaching may involve exploring one's values, interests, and strengths, as well as practical considerations such as financial planning and networking. The goal of transition coaching is to help individuals successfully navigate changes in order to achieve their desired outcomes and reach their full potential.
